Nettle (Urtica dioca), also known as "stinging nettle", "garden nettle" and other names is a plant found mainly in warm climates. The plant itself has prickly needles on its leaves that produce stinging and irritation upon contact. (The nettle extract in Capilatis hair care products has been processed so that it will not cause irritation to the skin or scalp.) How should I do a hair massage?
